Fellow a body needs help but he isn't a member

A friend of mine is in a but of a pickle and he needs some help. His landlord got foreclosed on and he has 9 days to move and no money saved so he is looking to sell his 68 big block Barracuda. I helped him build this car but it has been in our circle of friends for about 24 years and he hates the idea of selling it to a stranger. It's originally a slant 6 car but now has a 10.5:1 440 with mopar stage 5 iron heads hughes solid roller cam comp roller rockers ross pistons eagle rods steel crank. 727 with reverse manual valve body 8.75 with 4.10 gears new auburn posi. Clean body but needs lower quarters and trunk extensions. You can see pictures at www.slopar.com he is asking 13,000 and I can only muster up 8 myself if i don't mind going into deep debt. I know this should be in the for sale section but I want you all to see this

I should probably add that this is a 9 second street car and the pictures don't do it justice. This is the baddest Cuda in our area for sure and was built with the greatest of pride.

Long term lease or Month to month?

If he's got a lease, the bank MUST honor it except for two exception. If not he has 90 days from date of notice to move.

Actually it has been going on for a while but his landlord didn't tell him about it. Maybe the term landlord is a loose term it's more like his roomate that owned the house.
