I can't believe how well this kit gos together. Its so detailed I wish they made more kits this good. I'm only 1/2 what though this build . Also idk what happened to my 72 gto build thread but I'm stalling on that kit any way. I'm going to build the 65 ford next .

Very little work to get the frame together. I did have to fiddle with front axle alittle . Nothing bad tho

Nice.

I've not seen a bed go together like that before.

I have a vintage 1960 F100 and it's one of my favorite models.

I am slowly "restoring" it from the custom drag strip support vehicle my uncle made it into.

post it make a thread I'm sure we would like to see it

It's just mocked up the floor ain't even in it . Maybe tomorrow I will have more together
Honestly, it looks very realistic like that, because almost all the older Ford trucks from that era suffer from collapsed body mounts. lol But they look SO much better evened out. Once I get the rusted bed cross member fixed on Gladys, I'm gonna replace all her body mounts with urethane.

Ok I've done a bunch of bragging on this kit. Well the 2 things I've found that didnt fall right in are the hoses and the front drive shaft. Other then that I love this kit

Nice.

What did you use for the tool box?

I have a 94 s-10 model that will someday be a replica of my 96-2005 work truck.
It had a tool box and I found some 1/25 scale diamond plate.

it's just sheet styrene and rectangle stock styrene, testors glue, Tamiya putty.
