We have a certain neighbor just over the hill that took the local flock of birds as his mission. I don't know how he learns when a new neighbor moves in but rest assured he will tap that door and beg mercy on those birds. "Today their are 17. I beg you please don't kill them." That's what the newest a-hole across street from us heard. He hadn't been here a month. 5 years too long today but that's another story.
