Someone here mentioned using a 80s or 90s Ram shroud & I remembered seeing one at the Pick&Pull. I took a tape measure during a lunch break but the engine didn’t seem to have any offset like an A body.
While I was there, I noticed a 5.9 Ram, & have been contemplating using a Magnum in my build. Friday I took the day off and went to pull it. While I was dragging it out, there was a halfsy? shroud in my way. I almost kicked it aside, but it seemed kinda close to what I need. I didn’t have my tape this day, so I eyeballed it. I looked around & found the bottom half in a 90s ish V6 Blazer. (sorry-didn’t think to find the exact year). On a whim, I took it home & this is what I got.
26-3/4 overall
25-1/2 inside lip to lip
20-1/2 diameter fan hole
1-1/2 offset to passenger side
6-1/2 deep overall
Edit: oops, important piece of info:
17” high core opening.
The 6 1/2 depth originally went completely over and under the blazer radiator. If I cut it down to just go to the back of my core, it will be 3 1/2 To 4” and have a 5/8 lip for mounting.
Don’t know how long till I get to this project, but I’ll post pics if I get it to work.

Luckily, there isn’t a single one on it. Just the stupid ^ CAUTION FAN ^

When I helped put the finishing touches on my buddy's 65 fury ragtop, 318 to 440 conversion I used a ford exploder rad and shroud, it fit great. I just used the same rad in my 55 Dodge. No shroud though as I have an electric pusher fan. It is a nice big aluminum rad on the cheap. Use one from a 5.0 explorer with towing package, and also the funky exploder upper rad hose. I think it is too big for an a body though.
