The 67 front clip actually looks pretty cool on the Duster! If I had a 73 up Dart Sport I would consider a 68-69 Dart front end if not a Demon clone... Looks much better than the beak![/QUOTE]
Hey come on now. Save some of those older parts for the guys that are restoring 67,68,and 69's. I agree the swaps look great but I am working on my 68 dart gt and still could use some parts. Thanks guys!

The same could be said of all the pre-'72 owners parting out '73+ cars for disk brake swaps, BBP rear axles, spool mount K's etc. Or guys parting out 4-door cars of any year to use on a 2-door. Just the way it goes.

Thanks. Goes real good with the dog dish sleeper look. I've got a few colors in mind, but couldn't find a pic of a nice brown like that. That's definitely on the short list now.

Do the inner fenders unbolt somehow? I'm splicing a few pieces together and I'd rather unbolt than weld.

Well they were welded on when new. I've owned a couple where the aprons were letting go. I junked two for that reason. Hyup I was very young then and and a 4 to 6 year old low mileage replacement was just several hundred dollars away. I cringe at the memories of some of the cars I junked.

I had a old man tell me once he filled a Gullie with a 70 duster. He said dont ask me why I did it but know I wished I never did.

my 70 ply duster.JPG Thanks for responding. You did a killer job on that front end. This was my 70 duster done in 86. Factory orange, repainted,(before I bought it for 100.00$...running and driving) 318 car with black factory bucket seats and center console. Stolen in 2010. The reason I asked about that chin spoiler is because back in the late 80"s, I bought a chin spoiler for my 70 duster from JcWhitney, marketed for the A body, I fit perfect, it didn't have such a sharp crease in the center, and it has since been discontinued. The GM one really looks like it belongs on a Camaro. Before I was able to make a mold from it, my brother swiped it, and my 16" Conquest rims, (which that style was way ahead if it's time), off the duster and mounted it on his lowered 427 hot rod El Camino. Later that year on Halloween night he hit a pumpkin and smashed it beyond repair. I was really hoping to find that exact one I had. Looks like I'll have to fab one up from memory for the A body.

There was a front spoiler made by Direct Connection back in the day that fits that description, the JC Whitney one was probably a copy of that one. There’s been a few companies that have made fiberglass copies in the past but I don’t see any available at the moment. They do show up for sale fairly often (the copies, not the originals).

Spoilers by Randy makes a pretty good spoiler as well, his are actually sheet metal and pretty sturdy

You were spot on. Looking back I remember I bought it at my local dodge dealer at the time from the Direct Connection catalog. Pre "online" days. Called them, they still have the part# but comes up "no longer available. Bummer.
