I have QA1 uppers and braced up lowers control arms , any one done this ? How does it handle compared to the original parts ? Have you driven or rode in a A body with modern suspension , how does it compare to both above ?
Was it worth the $4000 plus for the modern suspension?

A well set up T-bar set up will ride and handle quite well. Tires and shocks are big players here and are major upgrades over the 1960s tech.

The modern coil over set ups have a few advantages, weight savings, room for headers , adjustibility, improved geometry etc. Best advice, find someone with a setup you're going after, stock style, coil over etc and ride with them. See what you think
