After lots of thought and some waisted cash I have decided to go BB in my 71 dart.

My plan is to stroke and bore this puppy out and top her off with a 6-71.

Here's what I picked up last night.

906 heads.

The block has never been bored and the heads have some work done. (supposedly)

This is not gonna be a quick build. I will be taking my time and buying things as cash allows.

what do yall think? is this a worthy starting point?

I did not pay to much so I could always resell the stuff if its not up to snuff for my plans.

Thanks for the time and advice.

Don't use those! Get an aftermarket block and some modern heads, unless you are really going to underdrive the blower.

what is so bad about this block and heads?

the block may be no good anyway, I did not see it untill today and its gonna need a lot of cutting to clean up the cylinders.

on a good note, my pops mentioned the seller had some nice roler rockers and cool old valve covers.

I could not pass this stuff up, its just to nice.

and some very disappointing hemi orange....

Thanks again for all your time and advice.

Stroked 440 and a 671 in a Dart...........sounds like a good idea to me.
