Maybe looking to purchase a car on the West Coast. I live on the East Coast. I've gotten quotes from Montway and SGT AutoTransport for enclosed trailer shipment. Has anyone used any of those companies? Do you have companies I need to contact that I would have good luck with and not be freaking out over the whole thing. Thanks

I know an individual who does it for a living. At least he did. I found him over on The Hamb several years ago when I needed the cab shipped for my Dodge rat truck project. He was very reasonable and even helped me unload it. I have his contact information if you want it, just send me a PM.

My best experience is with Reliable, a part of Allied Van Lines. The big orange trucks.Have shipped 6 or so cars with them over the years. I have tried other companies with epic failure.Make sure you state "Door to Door" if not your car may be transferred to storage holding.then transferred to another truck.Just more of a chance for damage.
I would try Rusty's guy first. He may or may not be able to do your location.I don't know why but when I tried a private carrier, for some reason they wouldn't come to my area.No explanation except "we won't go there". My 2 cents..
