Yes you have to use the grant adapter or atleast I did on my 74 dart but the adpater just lets you bolt on to your stock collumn it does not ad any clearence for you I need the actuall chrysler built adapter that gives you 4 or so inches of clearence mine works fine but its close between the rim of the wheel and the dash pad, also we had to bend the turn signal rod just a bit so on a turn you wouldent hit it with your hand :book:

yes, i think ther eis more then one type. the one they showed me at carlisle when i bought my wheel way ugly as hell. may have been for an ebody i dont know. but it was cheap and crappy looking. i thoght the tin can one from chrysler was best looking.
