It popped for sure! Very appealing and a nice clone!

I saw it come in and said to myself damn that’s sweet!

It looks close to that killer green they used on some 69 Camaros.

Whenever I see 383-S emblems below the script and a V6 sports stripe with engine call out I look deeper. Did not really have to as the owner parked in R108 (modified) The car was very nice though and certainly a eye catcher. I would love to own it.

They guy next me to me in R111 (Stock) had the same V6W stripe and 383-S emblems. I looked at the tag and it was originally a B7 car like mine. It was born with a H6C interior, White and Blue. and Had V78 stripe delete. Hence the emblems.

It looked great in X9 black with H6W interior. The emblems and V6W stripe got me looking. There was no reason to have the emblems when you had a V6 stripe with the CID call on them. The brochure shows both but is not how the factory actually built them. Gorgeous car it was as presented but not true to its tag. It was a real 383 car though! The owner really had no idea and just loved the V6W stripe. I agreed with him as it was great looker as well.

IDK if this helps, but I wonder if it could be the special paint code 999, which were spring colors that came in:

Rallye Green (different from F3-Frost Green, F5-Limelight and F8-Ivy Green). I've only seen it in pics and chip charts, but it looked similar to this one, but hard to tell from pics with different lighting. It's one of 5 colors I am considering for my build.

Orange (different from R4-Barracuda Orange)

Bahama Yellow (different from Y2-Sunfire yellow and Y3-Yellow Gold)

1969 Color Codes - Barracuda Paint Cross-Reference If. you click on the Rallye green, it'll bring up a pic of a Road Runner painted in it and I have Googled pics of Barracudas and found one that was done in the Rallye Green with black stripes, which is why it's one of my color considerations. It's pretty and probably not that many painted in this color since it wasn't available for the full year.

It’s similar to 1993 corvette polo green. Has a slight metallic look to it. The polo green looks a lighter in full sun like the car In The pics

Depending on lighting and the painter this is not far off in color. The sun was certainly out for Friday and Saturday!

V6?

Anyway that car was very sweet but a clone 383.
