The engine is ready to go on my run stand so I thought I would take a few pictures. This has been a very long time coming and I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

In your first picture, you have your 2 centurions waiting for you to install it so they can go for a ride. LMAO

Awesome!
I would be tickled pink with just one of them, but 2?
A lot of work and money you have invested in them, and it shows!
Cudos to you.........

I’ve watched him build these up close.

Ns1rm21 does all the work himself. Even the rough body work. Just not final blocking and paint. Sells parts at reasonable amounts to immediately fund the next step on these projects, etc.

If something is too expensive, he’ll make the parts himself: battery tray plates, fix bad parts into good parts, hand made block-off’s, pulleys, brake lines, etc.

Both these cars are clones but for the better part are assembled very close to original “as assembled” car. The Dart is a 472ci 535ish hp with 727. The Barracuda is a 528, 4speed, Dana. Both cars are/will be very streetable. I picked up the Dart back in 2008 and this is where I am today. I’ve had a lot of support from family and friends, thanks everybody.

What a cool pair! And the cars were nice too! I doubt anybody on here didn’t drool a bit at your pix. To have two side by side is a neat look and has to be a great feeling for the owner. I still think the hounds stole the show!

Life got a little better today. Fired up the 528 today with much success. She fired up so quick I jumped! Cam broke in and all looks good. I’m running a flat tapped cam from Ray Barton/Bullet cam with tool steel lifters. They lived through break in and on to start tuning.

I watched it. Ran like a champ.

So cool to dial in a motor on a run stand not leaned my over a freshly painted car.
