Edited: If you know of a good chart or calculators other than Wallace Racing feel free to post it here. I came across this handy Crower valve timing chart. Pick a lobe center for intake and exhaust and what events you want, durations etc listings are with 4 degrees advance@ crank. Like it better than constantly entering numbers on some online calculators. Valve Timing Chart

Heres the calculator i use. Personally would rather enter numbers than sift through an ominous chart. But thats just me. This calc also lets you enter multiple cams and compare with tabs.

I'm kinda liking that. It's fun to just change the LSA and look at what happens to the overlap triangle.

Then you can alter the timing to acheive the same thing and see what happens.

Pretty cool.

Stupid question - are cam lobes symmetrical? In other words, are the opening rates and closing rates the same?
