St. Patrick's Day dinner is always corned beef and cabbage!

...except for this year. I forgot to defrost the corned beef.
Looks like it'll be dinner either tomorrow or Sunday.

I miss the corn beef and cabbage, my wife doesn't care for it, my mom when they were here in the same state always made it with some Irish soda bread, and pistachio pudding for desert just to round off the green lol.
