I think he probably removed it to show us the lack of that washer. Moog offsets do not have one integrated. After 66 they did not have a washer on the outboard: this is <67

here is a later model with no integral washer

but I believe it uses a floating one too.

Hard to tell for sure from a picture. It wouldn't surprise me if it were missing as some bushings are sold with out them or someone "couldn't get the a-arm in with it on".
Here's an A-body bushing end measurement if it can help..….

You might check that hole dimension. Would that end in the picture I posted fit in there? I'm thinking the bushing steel should have a c'bore to accept it if it were designed to have one.

Based on what pishta has posted, do you think your bushing is missing the collar/integral washer?

What additional information do you need? You’ve posted the same question on FBBO so why not hang tight and get the second opinion there?

After looking at Pishtas pics I may stand corrected... my memory may be tricking me... but I do recall thinking the Moog washers looked odd when I opened the box

Your supposed to remove the old washer from the bushing and reinstall it in the new bushing. I have done tons of them. It's common sense, really.

Your style suspension requires those washers at both ends of the bushings.

So did you have the right bushings originally? Did you supply the bushings or did the shop buy and install the bushings? Are the new bushings different from the ones that squeaked?

            Where was(were) the error(s)?

You will be getting the front end realigned unless you marked where the cam bolts were.
