well, so much for my excitement. I ordered the bell housing not realizing it won't work with the t56 magnum!! Guess I'll see what happens. Oh well!

It also will not work with the Viper T-56... I found that out as well. They are designed to use the LS series of T-56 - I have found out that the Viper and LS transmissions both use a 2.66 first gear so I can simply swap my Viper input shaft to an LS one... the Viper one is longer which is also why it wont work. The older LT-1 series T-56 is also non compatible with the 6076 bellhousing.
