Heater Core on 70 Coronet

Any of you guys changed a heater core out on a 70 Coronet before. Looks like a lot of trouble but not sure as I never have.

I'm about to dive into mine. It doesn't look like much fun. The one on my son's Dart wasn't too bad, so maybe I'll get lucky. Maybe which ever one of us gets done first can give some tips to the other.
