Sounds like they meant was the VIN's would be used on new Cars. Is that legal? These low VIN Demons demand a premium. Every Demon built so far has been pre -sold. then the story said with lower VIN's. Maybe VIN's reserved for Development but not used?

This is how I felt when watching Vanishing Point (1970) or any car movie that was made when the model getting smashed up was still in production; Chrysler can just make more!
