Hi All

I introduce myself

I'm a fan of second generation for second generation of Barracuda's for about 35 years
i had 2 Barracuda's : a 68 Fastback 340CI and a convertible 68 340CI during nineties

I started restoring a 67 Coupé formula S in 1995 and still have it today
the 67 is equipped with a 340CI with is a good compromise with a A body
the car was restored, exterior, interior and the engine
during the last years, I've made some modifications to improve road stability and brakes

  • I’ve changed for new leaf springs, torsion bars, poly bushings and KYB shocks / front and rear sway bars
  • New controls arms and rear axles for 4.5 bolt pattern and 3rd generation brakes with new brakes
  • New poly front end rebuilding kit
  • Rear sway bar
  • New fuel and brake lines

The engine is a rebuilded 1968 340 with stock “X” heads
  • Rectified, nitrided and balanced crank
  • Stock forged rod and piston (controlled) new rings
  • Milodon hi flow valves
  • Hardened valve seat and new valve stems
  • Edelbrock Performer RPM kit : Manifold, cam, springs and timing chain, performance quotient rocker arm shafts
  • MSD 6A , coil and distributor
New headers and 2.5” exhaust line with “X”
Re-chromed Bumpers
And many works in interior
  • New carpet
  • New seats covers
  • New headliner
  • New seals ………

I really like Barracudas : Very original and Athypic look with top 340 engine
