Help.. 1970 340 Hood Treatment Question (V21)

Happy New Year... Ok, so posted this question a couple days ago but I don't think it got much exposure.

I have a 1970 340 Swinger. The build sheet say hood treatment code is V21. I have seen many different treatments. Which one is correct? What is V21 performance hood treatment for a 1970 Swinger? Thanx..

I believe this is correct for 1970 dart 340 v21 option...This is not my car but a picture of one of our members cars....maybe he will chime in

I don't remember them being gloss black like that, but what do I know.

Yeah, they may have been flat black but the same area is painted the same way as the pic , I believe

That car is way to glossy. Also, I believe cars that had the V21 option didnt get the chrome trim on the scoops.

With my hood, I purposely went with more gloss because I don't like flat paint. But mine is just a couple steps up from flat. It cleans better and wax doesn't get loaded in the paint.
