I was hoping maybe someone could help me with this I just recently started to rewire my 1971 dart swinger with the 14 circuit harness from kwikwire. The old harness was chopped up bad from previous owner. I have everything wired up except the ignition wiring. I do have electronic pertronix ignition so I do not use a ballast resistor at all due to the coil having a internal resistor.
The wires from the stock ignition switch are as following:
Yellow
Dark blue
Brown
Black
Red
Orange= I know this one is gear shift light
2 smaller guage reds= I know this one buzzers

On the column ignition group of the kwikwire harness as following as written on wire:
Pink= ignition coil
Orange= ignition accesory
Red= ignition power
Purple= neutral ssfety switch
As you know I dont run a ballast resistor and was wondering what wire goes to what as i have tried the harness diagram and a written diagram someone provided to me from this site. I'm very confused because I dont run resistor so I dont know how to wire it up then if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!

No I have this diagram already still doesn't help cause I believe the blue or brown is before ballast and the other is after so I'm wondering since I don have ballast fo I splice those together at the column conector

If you are not using the ballast resistor ....but using maybe a MSD.....connect the brown and blue together to the red wire from the msd...

that provides 12 volts at start and 12 volts for run...

No I'm using a pertronix ignition and I just need one wire going to ignition

In the original harness you have one ignition 1 and one ignition 2 but I just need one for the new harness
