Help decoding fender tag

Can anyone decode this fender tag? I'm having a hard time finding info on the 68 Barracuda tags.

124 - Jan 24th (assume 1968 if the car is a 68 model year)

the 124 would be 1968 as that is not a 1969 fender tag.

1968 cars were in dealer showrooms in aug/sept 1967 through approx aug 1968
