So I just got done doing kh swap on my 71 dart and havent got to try it yet feel like I have to keep bleeding it and its slowing getting better, I also switched to manual brakes from power brakes. Usually on a front brake swap and master cylinder shouldn't i get a pretty firm pedal with that setup it's also a 15/16 bore mc. It only gets firm after halfway threw, so just more bleeding it?
 
Common questions, rear disc also?
All bleeders at the top of every caliper?
Wheel bearings properly adjusted?
Did you bench bleed the master cylinder?
Is stroke rod returning all the way ,or is pedal stop preventing it?

These are all commonly overlooked. Good luck, i like a firm pedal too...
