I am looking for someone in my area that could sell or lend me a check valve for a 71 Dart for the power steering booster. I have ordered one online but wasn't paying $80 for the extra shipping.
I live in Hampton NH
 
Do you mean steering or brake? Do you mean the valve body to the steering inlet has acheck valve in it. If brake you may get a brake valve at the auto store.

I thought it was the brakes. What size are you looking for?. I am at work right now, I work at O Reilly's, maybe I can find one.
 
3/4” in the check valve
Goes in a 1” hole in booster
If O’Reillys has it shoot me the part number and I’ll run to the local O’Reilly’s and check I just I can’t drive the car right now thank you very much I appreciate this
 
You can change the grommet in the booster to a std smaller size.
I know 1" is rare it was the size for the AAR and T/A not sure what else used 1"
 
Unfortunately the only thing I can find is a universal check valve. It has 3 parts, 2 grommets and the valve, Dorman #80189.
It may be good to get you by.
I have no listings anymore for them. Sorry even the books don't go back that far.
