I'm trying to figure out how the orginal exhaust gasket for the right side on a 1965 273 looks. I have an gasket without the upper flange but I'm not sure if this is how it looked.

Anyone have an untouched engine with the right gasket?

The 273 and other engines I have had only had a left side [drivers] gasket. And that was only on A-bodies the others had no gasket on either side.

You have the correct gasket.8)

It was made by McCord for Mopar if I recall correctly. Of the hundreds of Mopars I have seen over the last 40 +years,
only 1 ever had the passenger side exhaust gasket.

My Dad bought a 1965 Valiant brand new in October 1964,
at the local dealership Armory Garage, they are still in business, selling Chrysler Jeep and other vehicles.
No more Plymouth though. :(

If your this worried, about an exhaust gasket,
I better point out that your exhaust flapper external spring is missing. ;)

Mine are no longer on my 64 Valiant's exhaust manifold, as my setup was rusted shut, and I removed them. Yes i did try to heat the setup before I cut it loose.

I bought a box full of 273 gaskets off ebay. Grab bag of sorts, 3 valve cover gaskets, 3 heads gaskets, etc., Includes a few of those nuckle slicers too. Left ? Right ? I dont know. I doubt I'll ever use them.
