Help with buying Demon tail parts

This site lists the tail panel, a tail light bracket, and a tail light panel reinforcement bracket.
Not sure if I need both brackets?
Gets spendy, hoping to find used on FABO.

The reinforcement brackets should already be in the car. Shouldn't need them with a panel swap.
