High stall MP convertor...?

Factory hi-stall '68+ 904/999 convertor...how good are they? Maybe $20 good? Painted yellow, 'high stall' is sticker on case.

I’ve seen that on a Lull material handler with a /6 and a 904 transmission before. The transmission drove the machine. Like 5.56 gearing. Weird combo. Where did this one come from? (Application I mean.)
 
70s smog era 6/318 probably. they needed all the help they could get with the smog crap on.
 
That's aftermarket. All the factory stuff was stamped.
 
That's a factory high stall sticker on the converter. No argument though that it's a rebuilt. Converters never painted from the factory.
Attached PDF shows the factory stickers.
In the upper left of the diagrams you can see the difference from the back end of a steel crank vs a cast crank.
