Holley Street Dominator Intake

Anyone using a Holley Street Dominator single plain intake...it has the smaller 318 size ports also....Thinking of using it ....
Using a holley performer intake now and wondering if the car will pick up with the this low profile single plain intake.
stock 1968 318
.225 @ 50 cam..... .453 lift 108 lsa ssi cam (crane)
391 gears -3000 dynamic convertor-750 carb

I listed some of the info because some will wonder what it is.....
If you used it on a engine ..did it work for you?????

Been around one,on a similar cammed 340 Challenger (Ran better ,than I expected.). Decent manifold,in the day. A ,Air Gap,or LD340 ,supposedly better. A good match,for the SSI cam specs. I would try it....

cant be worse than the 273 4bbl intake, but I bet its a hell of a lot lighter!

For a 273 or 318 with their ports - good intake.

Ran one for years on a mild 360 with a Thermoslob with no issues! Still have it on the shelf!
