Decided to sell this overbuilt turbo and buy a larger Chinese junk turbo for a 273 project, off a Cummins 4BT motor, rebuilt with new kit installed, new bearings, rings, seals, deflector, etc. Everything but a new compressor wheel. It had very light contact when rebuilt so the clearance on the wheel is larger than spec but still only about 1mm. Has diesel spring in actuator so it will do about 23psi before moving. 4BT users say 10 psi at 1200, 20 at 1700 and 30 at 2200. With egt no higher than 1100. Better sized/manners than an hx35 or h1c. On a car, you'll have to turn down the actuator, but its a great size for a warm 4 banger, big slant or a mild V6, holset says up to 5L but that sounds like in a low speed industrial app. BAE turbo in so Cal can put 55mm wheel on it and machine compressor housing to make it a fresh HX32W spec turbo for under 100. My price is 170 plus shipping. No run time on rebuild, no shaft play with new wet bearings and rings.

few pics: pretty clean compressor side, surface rust on iron comes off with brush. I dipped it in rust remover but it came back like overnight! 60 trim turbine, 32 trim compressor (?) 3" exhaust outlet, 2" compressor outlet. ~10X8X8 size. no play whatsoever with new bearings, still a little drag on them. .050 (1.4mm) clearance on compressor, looks a little large but...new 68mm wheel is $23 on Ebay. I dont have exhaust V-band like I thought, use your old one. oil cooled cartridge, threaded inlet, gasket outlet. HEAVY diesel wastgate but its adjustable slightly with nut.
