No. Factory hemi scooped Dart hoods were '68 only and were fiberglass.

No, it's not close and he only has one rough picture. Didn't think they made steel hemi hoods but figured i'd better ask. Don't want to waste my time driving to find a hacked up hood with a sheet metal scoop on it.
