Should run 10’s without working up a sweat. Cam is tiny, but maybe you have a reason for that.

jealous about your top end......how much are these heads, intake and rockers?

You should reach your goals without much trouble.

The only thing I would change is go solid lifter. I run 12.0 with no where near your intake or exhaust. Your heads are probably better also.

That setup ready to bolt on comes withs all gaskets and studs is $4295. Includes intake. Rockers complete heads

Well I hate your choice of convertor but other than that if it wouldn't run low 10's NA I would throw it off the highest nearby bridge.

I' going with a 3500to 3800 stall because it is going to be on the hwy a lot. If i don' like the way it performs then there is a 4200stall converter just sitting and waiting

Sounds like a winner to me! Lots of airflow through the heads, moderate cam. If it had less head flow, i would like to see how the car would perform with a dual plane intake, since you have a fairly tight converter. Maybe some of the engine builders here have tried a similar combo with both intakes. My 408 with lowly EQ heads made 504 hp with an airgap intake and 10/1 compresion, similar cam, 850.

Mine makes 490 hp 523 TQ with 10 to 1CR Eddy heads 566/.578, dur @ .050 244/248 with a
108 LSA. 850 quick fuel. I would think your will be quite a bit more, the heads are the limiting factor on mine.

Current motor 100shot drops it a second and a tenth and with 150shot drops it a second and 8tenths so I fgure 150 should get a second out of this setup
Interesting, maybe the hotter a motor is, the less it will drop it . I had an approx. 600horse vega, that was originally built by don hardy /east texas race cars, a 100 shot only dropped it from 70`s to 20`s, 1/2 second. It was tubbed /14x32`s, ladder bars, only weighed 2440 pounds w/o me in it.

why so much more exhaust lift than intake restricted exhaust or something
do you have head flows?

My motor is still sitting in the shop, waiting for install. Lots to do on the car.
65 Dart, 3.55 gears, 3200 stall, no cold air package, so i figure it will mph high, (118?) but ET will be off quite a bit due to converter, and tires. Time will tell.
