Also, it appears these do not have the flattened inside of the curve area, is this correct?

they are 8 inches long. or 6.5 from centerline of radius.these are not factory with the flat spot.

you can buy ones with the flat spot for $56 + $10 shipping + tax + buying nuts and washers at your hardware store.
