how about this rotisserie?

I've seen octagonal units built out of square tube for Porsches. Heavier cars might be challenging.

It would be expensive. Get a quote on one and let us know. I like a unit that holds it on the ends. Thinking those round hoops will get in the way.

This is what I am looking at buying. Titan ROT-4500-G2 Automotive Rotisserie | Wholesale Lifts

New model that just came out, upgrade from G1

They have a warehouse in Greenwood, Indiana (Southside of Indianapolis) so no shipping cost for me other than a few gallons of gasoline.

Nice looking unit. Seems reasonably priced. And then the extras.
Do you remember the "wooden" model that was on one of the AMC forums? It was holding a Hornet to boot!

That's a neat design, but those casters would take a heck of a lateral load when the user tries to roll it onto them. Unless I'm missing something.

A bare 911 tub, depending on year weighs between 500-600 lbs., so if you were careful those casters would probably live when you turned it over with two guys.

PS a body wgn.... Whatcha got that you're considering a rotisserie for?
I've seen a couple basically between where you are and where I'm at listed for sale on CL, MP, etc lately. Think one was out by Wilmington if I remember right. That one was last week

I'm past that, in that, IF I got something on it, it would never get done. and you've seen the garage, there is no pace to put it. Thanks anyway for thinking of me.

I'm catching up with you on the fullness of my 2 garages. And still am somehow squeezing in an 80s truck cab to weld up. You wouldn't believe how much stuff I had to stack in the driveway to get this in.. and how's this rotisserie? I have the cab sitting 90* to that right now so I can raise it up and park my Fury underneath
