My son would love that house. He’s 26 and he just bought his house and has a 50s room a 60s room and 70s room. Most of the furniture he got from family members that have had it in storage because non of their grandkids wanted it. Now all his cousins want the furniture back. Jokingly

Do we really want to go back to the '50's? Cell phones, microwaves, computers, power tools, Starbucks, flat screen TV, fuel injection, jet airplanes, space exploration, credit cards, etc.

yes; the late 50s were the best. I was born in 1953 and if I could have just one wish, it would be to have been ~16 in 58, as opposed to just 5 . That woman is about exactly how I remember my Mum in those years except my Mum was a lil more Va-Va-Voom, if you know what I mean.

@RustyRatRod mailman and the milkman yes, iceman, not so much at this point in time as most houses had some kind of electric refrigerator.
