I bought this shifter from Summit, set it in place and marked where I needed to drill the floor for the front exit cable. I actually made the hole in the floor and I also found it needed to go through the upper crossmember as well. I decided that wasn’t a good idea and ended up buying another shifter with a rear exit cable. It’s complete with all parts; I opened one parts bag and taped it closed. It retails for $334.95 with free shipping; selling it for $275 shipped.

I have this same shifter. It took a little work, but I was able to mount it under a stock console rather than that hideous utilitarian Hurst one. It’s been a long time, but I may have had to finangle the console forward or back a bit, but also got shifter cable to not have to go right out at the cross member.
Not gonna say it was a drop-in, but it can be done.
