where can I get one like this?

seems a way better place to hang this than out in right field! Modded PS mount?

can you take a pic of the lower mount if your down in there one day?

That alternator bracket (I'm sure) is the older GM one that mounted to the front of the exhaust manifold

60-61 Valiants used a drivers side mount. Chrysler Alternator. A100 vans also used a drivers side mount. If you have power steering, there is the issue. It looks cleaner but you need to beat the bushes to find a mount.

There are 4 threaded holes in the block at that spot. If you are handy with a drill, you should be able to make this work :
Summit Racing® Alternator Brackets SUM-G4050
Or, you can bolt a flat metal plate to the bock and make it long enough to bolt the alternator bracket to it, for adjustability.
it's been many years, but that's what I thought mine looked like. Painted not chromed, of course.

I just made my own. This is one on the race motor.
This one is tailored for one of the "mini" alternators.

is that a side draft carb setup?

Yes Phista, they are.....my friend own a metal recycling yard, he call me and said to take all I want for free before dismantling and shipping these combine machine.

I took 3 slants and have to leave 2 more due to health problem!

One was with a generator charging system.

that looks like a big B&S carb, no accelerator pump or enrichment circuit. One RPM...'RUN'.
