Top looks like a 70-72 and the bottom is a 73+. It's hard to see because were looking at the wrong side of the glass, but the top latch seems to be chrome and the bottom looks plastic. You can see how the little chrome plug is in a slightly different spot when comparing the first one to the second one. You can't swap handles because the hole in the glass is different on the two windows. The whole quarter window assemblies are interchangeable though, so they'll both fit in any Duster. You just might end up with mismatched handles if you don't have the correct year. I wouldn't pay more than $25 for a quarter window myself.
