Out here in the country wife ia a R/E agent mainly everything from a home on a small acreage to an occasional large tract. Last week she listed a small house o a small lot, She says generally a new listing like that will get around 300 hit ( computer listing looks) in that week. It got 1100 but only 2 people actually looked at it physically . People here are taking this deal of the virus serious pretty much.
We have one large sale pending that will save our asses again right now. As usual. we are waiting on the banker, the surveyer, the septic system people, lawyers title people, who else?!!! And the counties here are all shut down!!!! But people are still getting things done..slowly as usual!!!
The red healer ripped a gash last week, but the vet was doing plenty of business too!!!

I would guess real estate would be slow with all the crap going around.
Sorry you have to wait so long on a sale I know it takes for ever to get things done.

I have 17 grand kids and if they don't break something when they visit they were not here. lol
Burgers sound good I'll bring the beer.:)
I have 12 grand kids, two of them live with the wife and I full time.
The burgers came out great, we purchased the beef from a local slaughterhouse/butcher before the virus crap hit it was 2.19lb, now it has raised to 2.99lb but so much better than store bought stuff.

Don't know what I'd do without my grand kids they keep me in a straight line.
You got be hungry for burgers.

I have plenty of ideas, I just can't get the weather or "the local girls" to cooperate!!!

I have no problem with keeping busy. My project list is large.
But my wife is doing much more important stuff. Baking cookies! Homemade bread! Canning salsa and spaghetti sauce!
Gotta love home cooking!

But the food goes with the dirty! I have been meaning to clean this up for a while now......the sludge was 3/4” deep.

Been boring around here still waiting for paint to dry so I can put the red stripes on. Building a mold off the old tail filler and gonna do a carbon fiber one. Never done carbon fiber but I don't think it's not to hard.

Have you thought about putting a filter on the parts washer? I did, and it helps a lot with keeping the crud down. Dirty solution in the tank, but clean stuff comes out the spigot.

It has a "filter" of sorts. Right at the pump pickup. It does help. I wont say it comes out clear, but it definitely comes cleaner than the sump is holding!

There is a guy doing aircraft parts in cf on youtube. Interesting to watch. Buddy showed me last week. Pricey though. One panel was $750 compared to 130 or something like that.

All i have ever done is put a couple inches of water in the bottom of the sump. My sump is seperate from the parts washer.

Not a cheep hobby I rather stay on the ground and finish my car but it's my sons plane and we all have our toys just trying to save him some money by doing what I can. My god Tooljunkie sure is amazing how much it cost to upgrade an air plane compared to a car.

Yup. Not much better than toasted fresh home baked bread with butter!
I got two words for you

corn
cakes

Wish I had one , will some day.

I helped a ford buddy one day, rebuild the head on his escort or something
he wanted to buy a parts washer to clean the head, but hes not a car guy (like I said, hes a ford guy) so I told him, dont waste your money, your only doing one head, just buy a few cans of degreaser and take it to the quarter car wash

well, he didnt listen (did I mention hes a ford guy?) and went out and bought the parts washer and 5 gallons of solvent

when we we done, he gave me the parts washer for my help
I used that thing for years, untill we moved a few years ago and i got rid of it

That was nice of him to do but as you said cheaper to go to the local car wash but is 20 miles one way for me. I always have small parts to clean but a parts washer I'll buy when I'm rich. lol
