Any thoughts on the best place to get a quality set of wires for a 1968 Dart 383 restoration? My research shows they are pretty specific mostly because of the routing for the #7 wire (4 inches longer). Not worried about date coded, just some good quality 7MM replacements. Thanks
 
I prefer universal kits so that I can cut to length and fit exactly. For my '68 cuda 383 I purchased the date coded wires and still cut to length for good fit. On this engine combo there are many ignition wire clips not including both v/covers and #7 and #8. Good luck.
 
Myself as well. I splurged on a set of MSD wire cutter/stripper/crimpers and purchase a set of universal wires. I run them how I want. No short wires!
