I am in need of transport from between Windsor and Toronto in Canada to northern California. I am buying a small late, bench size with a table / cabinet. The weight is about 300 lbs I would assume.
Length of the lathe is around 3.5 feet, and about 2 feet wide, and not sure how tall the table is. But, I think it might be on a fairly square pallet, and maybe in the neighborhood of 3 feet tall.
I am not asking anyone for a transport, but if someone knows a company who do this kind of transport for a reasonable price and is reliable. I have gotten a quote for $670 for the freight. And that was a little high. Well, it basically means I will be spending more than I had hoped for to put it that way.
