Installing a tuff wheel, Question

I want to put a tuff steering wheel, Grant#846, on my 70 Duster. The dish is 1 3/4.
Besides the 3314 grant adaptor, will I need to have a spacer to give me clearance for the turn signal lever. I've head the shallow dish puts the lever too close.
