is this the correct clutch fork/ball stud bracket?

this will be for a 1970 dodge dart with a small block. Overall length is 12.5 inches.

it doesn't look quite like the brewers unit, missing the 2 holes at the end:

I dunno man, here's the one that was in my box of 4-Speed stuff. I don't think mine is correct either (but it is definitely a mopar fork, but I think mine might be for a truck)

What are worried about? The holes? Might be to adapt a hydraulic setup??? Yours has a slot for the clutch spring, and the bracket has a hole for one. No biggy.
 
That fork doesn't use a "ball" type pivot. The pivot for that fork looks like it was made from angle iron, 2 round bolt holes in the narrow flange, 1 square hole in the taller flange for the tab on the back of the fork to go through to secure it to the pivot. 74Dusted's fork uses a ball.
