Jeep SRT down pipe flanges

My cousin has a plasma table and is getting ready to cut me some flanges that will bolt to the Jeep SRT Hemi manifolds. They are designed for a 3" down pipe. I only found the flanges for $40 each, but he can do it quite a bit cheaper.
He can do them in stainless or steel. Is anyone interested?
