These have been in the shop since the 1980s and are the
ONLY Hydraulic lifters I will run in our Stock eliminator cars
These date back to the old days when made in America NOT china.
They have a very HD spring and plunger arrangement and way superior
consistent Metalorgy and hardness. The machining is also spot accurate.
I have never flattened a cam with these and I run much higher spring pressure
than you would every run on my NHRA stockers (200 plus on the seat).
In stock out of the box condition, i routine run 6,800 RPMs with a radical profile
that most people never would try.
They are totally impossible for me to find any more for sale. They are NOT CHEAP
but neither is destroying an engine when you lifter fails and the cam goes flat.
