K Frame Identification Help

I have a K frame and I have no idea what body style it is from or year. Let me know if you can tell me. The mounts can be seen on the pics too.

I believe that it has been modified. The drivers side mount on the k frame has been cut short and had the hole drilled, they are usually slotted with a lip, and the passenger side mount looks offset farther to the outside than normal? I think it is homemade, what it fits ?????
 
It may have been modified to use with a big block. The motor mounts that are zip tied to it look like big block mounts, and it makes sense for someone to exert the effort to keep the mounts with the k frame if it has been modified as such.
