  1. Need help with a leaky fuel cap , apparently my wagon has a Canadian fuel neck filler pipe and cap , ( we imported Canadian 1960 odd wagons into Australia till we made or own ,mines an OZ BUILT 1966) and down the track some bludger chucked that cap and put a locking cap on her but it leaks going around a corner , after market ones dont fit properly without cuttin and shuttin and still fkn leak , So if one of you blokes would be so kind as to send me a Canadian cap , chrome , I would reimburse yaz with a boomerang or some foldin stuff ... ;-) Or any other tricks you craft blokes got up yer sleeves ...??? , tried extra rubbers etc , still no joy , non vented cap so it aint that , sanded the neck surface , tried every fkn thing ... :-( ... help me blokes ... !!!

Good day sir!

I have 0 info on cars from down under other than your wagon is “kicken.”
I’d like to see more.
As for the leaks- my 66 Barracuda had a similar issue. Leaked. I installed a new tank with a vent pipe and installed a rollover valve on that vent pipe for protection. Then the gas cap I bought from a Canadian Slant six Dan on here. Sorry I don’t have his actual title to hash tag. He is an amazing keeper of info.
His gas cap has an o ring instead of a gasket. Shinney piece made of aluminum. Still on the car and never leaks. He may still have some for sale.

Hope this helps.

Are you sure that particular cap was from slantsixdan? It sounds exactly like the one made and sold by @damraider . Either way, it's an exceptionally nice piece- I use one too!

That's a cap from @damraider you're describing. Nice machinework, it is.

For the record: all '60-'66 A-bodies, built anywhere in the world, including Australian R-S-AP5-AP6-VC, take the same cap.

From you a few years back.

That is a bummer, USPS used to have a small envelope anywhere in the world for under $10.00 but got rid of it a few years back. I stand behind my stuff 100%.

Chebbies used to puke gas at launch, filler behind licence plate.
We used to stuff a workcloth in the tube, string attached .
LOL Cant fill my Mo Fo up at a servo with out splashin me boots FFS So i just fill up jerry cans and fill her up at home with a hand syphon pump . The fkn servo pumps 1000 liters a second now for new cars !!! ‍

I wish we could get the splash shields here in the US like you've got on yours. Doesn't solve the puking at fill up, but it saves the paint!
