Left and Right Side Mirror Installation Questions

I am trying to install the left side and right side mirrors on a 1971 Duster.

There are NO HOLES on either door. Presumably, the previous owner filled in the holes on the left door.

These are the bullet sport mirrors, with the left hand one having the "remote control". I just bought a pair from www.moparplus.com, but no instructions were given.

Does anyone have:

1. Placement dimensions of the mirrors (i.e. location of mirror from front of door).

2. Hole details (diameter of holes, hole pattern, etc.)

3. Routing of control cable.

Any photographs will be greatly appreciated!

There are templates for mounting these mirrors . I have only seen them on the web .

here are some pics of my doors with a tape measure! hope this helps! I need to know where to put the hole in door panel for remote cable?
