left over parts

I'm putting my 1970 Dart GT back together and came up with two little brackets that don't have a home. Judging by the bin they were in they should be part of the dash, but could have gotten tossed in the wrong one. They are just bent flat black steel.

This is a long shot guess..... under the door sill plate used to keep the seatbelt from falling down too far.

Maybe the seat mounts for the fromt seats, buckets or bench.

Looks like a wire loom holder to me. (just guessing)

Pretty sure that they screw to the underside of the lower edge of the dash and the wire looms fit in them.

Yes definitely a bracket to hold a harness. Under dash would be my guess.
