My upholstery friend is a Legendry dealer. He says the same thing. The quality of their products and the price you pay, is way cheaper than he can duplicate covers for you. He could do it and they would be over the top nice, but the price would be 2 or 3 times what Legendary charges. He doesn't have all the embossing machines they use to duplicate imprints on seat backs and door panels either. He charges $100+ an hour and the dollars add up quickly. He does high end show cars and has won many top honors. I can't afford him to do my work (from scratch) although he did do my Legendary cover installs.

I think they get it right sometimes. But when they don't and mess up ppl are saying they try to shug off their F-up....and their stuff is pricey...

I agree. I believe they get it right a lot. But it's how they handle when they don't that's concerning to me. I wouldn't use them.

I agree. I believe this in all business', yes its important to do a good job and please your customers, but its equally important to deal with your mistakes and do right by your customers when the inevitable mistakes happen. Business' that dont go that extra mile when they screw up and dont give a crap about their customers dont deserve anyones business.
