Mornin’ all! Want to say thank you for allowing me to be apart of the community, I’ve found so much insight here and have started purchasing parts so finally joined! Located in SoCal, originally from Georgia. First A-Body I’ve ever owned is a 67 Plymouth barracuda fastback, purchased in June of this year. 383 with a 727 transmission. It has been a nightmre and a half but in the final stretch! The mopar family in my area and around have been patient enough to let me drive at all hours to get parts, ask questions and get positive direction. I have a 66 charger as well but I know we don’t talk about B bodies here posted a photo of what it looked like the day I took her home!
Thanks Car Nut! I actually picked it up before the barracuda but haven’t begun the body, interior or electrical. The flying fish has all my attention right now.... and then some
Thank you kindly! a 318 with a torque flight transmission! Originally had a 383 but the previous owner preferred 318, luckily still gave me original engine and all parts with it! The vin indicates it was that beautiful champagne color paint job with white interior so I’ll restore to that
@Redfoxestco Welcome from NJ! You’ll find many of us Mopar heads have more than one Mopar and even cross the A barrier to the B-side.
Sir you’re a man after my own heart but allow me to bring the beer! Least I could do stepping into your home
You can come over with no booze and I'd still let you in. I enjoy old cars and people that have them are for the most part the best.
