Have a 65 273 valiant hi-po, block froze and broke ( long story) would like to find a replacement block, somebody on one of these forums had 2 in Wisconsin but I couldn't post on it ( it had been closed down ) Anybody have anything in eastern U.S. Thanks PM me if possible
Does it absolutely have to be a 65 273 block? A 318/340 looks just like a 273. Only you and the block will know it’s not a 65 273.

Thanks guys but I'm really looking for 1965 casting date, car is a 65 and would like to keep it date correct. I have a warmed over 318 slated to go in it but would like to have a 65 motor if I ever want to do original drivetrain
problem is always distance. I have a 273 engine that came out of a '65 Plymouth but I don't want to ship a motor. It's in Illinois.
